Payments and Refund Policy

Service Nature

Cybidek provides custom, time-based professional services delivered over a defined service period (currently up to 10 weeks).
These services include audits, strategy, implementation, and optimization work that is specific to each client.

Because the services are customized and involve dedicated time, expertise, and execution, refunds are governed by the stage of service delivery, not by results or subjective satisfaction.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Cancellation Before Service Start

If you cancel before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund, excluding any payment processing fees, if applicable.

  1. After Audit Completion (Before Implementation Begins)

Once the audit or diagnostic phase has been completed and delivered:

  • The audit portion is non-refundable
  • If implementation has not yet started, you may be eligible for a partial refund covering only the unused implementation portion

The audit is considered a standalone professional deliverable and is deemed delivered upon completion.

  1. After Implementation Has Started

Once implementation, fixes, or execution work has begun:

  • No refunds will be issued

At this stage, resources, time, and capacity have been allocated, and work is considered in progress or delivered.

  1. Client Delays or Non-Participation

No refunds will be provided if progress is delayed or blocked due to:

  • Failure to provide required access, content, or approvals
  • Missed meetings or unresponsiveness
  • Delays caused by the client’s internal processes

The service timeline continues unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No Outcome-Based Refunds

Cybidek does not offer refunds based on:

  • Revenue outcomes
  • Traffic changes
  • Conversion results
  • Business performance

Results depend on multiple factors outside Cybidek’s control, including market conditions, existing systems, and client execution.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in:

  • Immediate service termination
  • Loss of access to deliverables
  • Permanent refusal of future services
